Refunds and Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your reservation, Go Next must receive written notice of your cancellation either via certified mail, overnight courier, or e-mail sent to cancel@gonext.com. (with a confirmation of receipt from us). The following cancellation fees apply to cancellations received by us on the days below before the date of departure.
Cruise Cancellation Fees:
181 days or more = No penalty, Full Refund
180-91 days = $250 per person
90-76 days = 25% of total fare
75-61 days = 50% of total fare
60-31 days = 75% of total fare
30-0 days = 100% of total fare
If a flight or other delay for any reason prevents you from joining the trip on the date of departure, you will be considered a no-show, and we cannot provide a full or partial refund or credit toward a future trip. For Owner's, Vista and Oceania Suites, the cancellation amounts are as listed above with one exception, the administrative fee from 180 to 91 days prior to sailing is 10% of the fare.

209-91 days = $1000 penalty per person

210 days or more = $200 penalty per person
209-91 days = $400 penalty per person
90-0 days = 100% of total fare, per program
If you cancel any Go Next Program, your rights to a refund are limited. Any requests for cancellation must be communicated to Go Next in writing. Submit a written cancellation to cancel@gonext.com. Applicable refunds, if any, will be made within 30 days after the cancellation. (Subject to change; refer to your brochure for current rates.)
