Bob Towner-Larsen

Bio

Bob can help clients develop their leadership capacities as well as explore job options and job search strategies. Reflection, assessment activities, and “homework” are at the heart of the leadership and career coaching process. Bob is a graduate of The Ohio State University and worked at OSU and the Wexner Medical Center for 26 years. While at the Medical Center, he coached physicians, staff, and operational leaders. Bob also coordinated Wexner Medical Center’s management and leadership development programs and created a series of workshops on Emotional Intelligence. In addition, he served as a grief group facilitator for 28 years at the Kobacker House at Ohio Health. Bob is certified by the Hudson Institute and International Coaching Federation (ICF.)
