Event Description
Fit February is 28 days of doing things to be healthier such as walk, floss, drink more water, watch sugar, get more sleep, quit smoking, meditate, etc. Everyone needs to get a calendar to chart events and chart your activity.
Two ways to get calendars:
- Pick up calendar at the Champaign County Library
- Contact Chris Harmison at 937-896-3111 to have her email one to you.
March 1st, 2025 turn in your calendars from 9–10 a.m. ET at the Urbana Walmart where we will walk around the store. For turning in your calendar, your reward is a $10 Walmart gift card and then you earn chances to receive some prizes. Let’s get Healthy!
