Cathy is a seasoned leadership coach guiding leaders at all levels to expand their capacity to take on bigger challenges. Her coach approach is based on creating high quality connections and building positive, collaborative work cultures. Cathy helps her clients understand how to balance their responsibilities with trusting relationships, motivating people to give their best effort. Cathy is an ICF-certified coach, holds a master’s in positive organization development and change, and is a proud Ohio State alumni.
