Rada is a professional leadership and business coach with years of experience enhancing leaders' skills to create engaging teams that foster belonging, create change agility and resilience, fostering an empowering environment and peak performance. She focuses on building trust with her clients and shows up as a thought partner in their journey, helping to navigate goals by identifying strengths, opportunities and possibilities. She helps to take small steps and sometimes large leaps along the path.

Rada is a proud alumnus of both The Ohio State University and University of Dayton. She holds a Master's in Public Health and Human Services and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as well as a Certified Business Coach (CBC) with Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).
