Welcome back to the Longaberger Alumni House for the 2025 Club & Society Leadership Symposium! This year’s programming is focused on leadership development and training.
Registration
Each alumni group can register up to two alumni volunteers. For maximum impact, we recommend sending your:
- President, President-Elect, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Game Watch Chair; Membership Committee Chair or Event Committee Chair
There is limited space still available to attend the Symposium on a first-come, first-served basis.
Attendees may also invite one guest to the closing reception on Friday, September 5.
Event schedule
2-4:30 p.m.
- Engagement Officer and Society Liaison Office Hours.
- A new feature for the Symposium is the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a regional team member or small groups of other volunteers. No sign-up is necessary, just stop in at the Alumni House. We look forward to meeting with you.
5 p.m.
- Join other attendees and Engagement Officers for a non-hosted get-together at The O on Lane, where drinks and food will be available for purchase.
8-8:45 a.m.
- Continental Breakfast
9-10 a.m.

- Roundtables – Facilitators will kick off each session by sharing best practices and insights from their own experiences. Then, the floor will open for interactive discussion, an opportunity for attendees to ask questions, brainstorm ideas, and share both successes and challenges with peers.

- This session will highlight the importance of aligning alumni group goals with the broader objectives of the Alumni Association. Together, we’ll walk through a sample strategic planning meeting to explore how thoughtful collaboration and intentional goal setting can drive impact. We’ll also discuss how leveraging data is essential to measuring success and guiding future decisions.
