  • This session will highlight the importance of aligning alumni group goals with the broader objectives of the Alumni Association. Together, we’ll walk through a sample strategic planning meeting to explore how thoughtful collaboration and intentional goal setting can drive impact. We’ll also discuss how leveraging data is essential to measuring success and guiding future decisions.
