Welcome back to the Longaberger Alumni House, for the 2025 Clubs & Societies Symposium! This year’s programming is focused on leadership development and training.
Registration
Each alumni group can register up to two alumni volunteers. For maximum impact, we recommend sending your:
- President, President-Elect, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Game Watch Chair; Membership Committee Chair or Event Committee Chair
Groups will be notified after August 1 if extra space is available.
Tentative event schedule
- Office hours with your club or society liaison
- Early arrival networking reception
- Continental breakfast, lunch and networking reception
- Large group presentation – Thinking Strategically
- Keynote speaker
- Vendor area
- Regional breakouts
- Officer training sessions
- Roundtable sessions

Club of the Year and Society of the Year, Outstanding Program and Pay it Forward Awards
- Nominate your club or society. Nominations are due July 1.
Grambling State Game
- A small block of tickets for the Grambling State game are available. Ticket deadline is August 1.
- Instructions on how to purchase the tickets can be found here.
Hotel
- We have reserved a small room block at the Hampton Inn & Suites at 3160 Olentangy River Road. The group rate is $199 per night, and you may reserve a room here.
