Event description
Welcome back to the Longaberger Alumni House for the 2025 Club & Society Leadership Symposium! This year’s programming is focused on leadership development and training.
Registration
Each alumni group can register up to two alumni volunteers. For maximum impact, we recommend sending your:
- President, President-Elect, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Game Watch Chair; Membership Committee Chair or Event Committee Chair
Groups will be notified after August 1 if extra space is available.
Attendees may also invite one guest to the closing reception on Friday, September 5.

Awards
This award honors one outstanding club and one outstanding society that exemplifies The Ohio State University’s mission and values through impactful programs, innovative initiatives and community engagement.
The selection committee will also recognize:
- up to five Outstanding Clubs
- up to three Outstanding Societies
- one Club of the Year
- one Society of the Year
This award recognizes an event, initiative or program that demonstrates creativity, impact and alignment with Ohio State’s values. Whether your organization hosted a signature event, launched a new tradition or reached new audiences, we want to hear about it!
In the spirit of Woody Hayes and his belief that “you can never pay back, so you should always try to pay it forward,” this award celebrates an individual volunteer who goes above and beyond for their club or society. Please nominate someone who embodies the Pay It Forward spirit through their time, service and leadership. We will award up to five club leaders and up to five society leaders.

Grambling State Game

Hotel
- We have reserved a small room block at the Hampton Inn & Suites at 3160 Olentangy River Road. The group rate is $199 per night, and you may reserve a room here.
