Join us for a full day of rejuvenating activities, movement and connection with fellow Buckeyes.

Event description
Enjoy a wellness class, healthy snacks and time to recharge before the holiday hustle. Spots are limited — bring a friend and reserve your place early!
Your day includes:
- Your choice of a 45 minute class – flow through yoga, strengthen with Pilates, reset with Foundation Training, tone in barre or more
- Relax & explore – settle into the Nike recovery room, unwind with mandala coloring pages from the Wexner Center for the Arts, get a body composition scan from the College of Education and Human Ecology or explore other wellness opportunities
- Refuel & refresh – enjoy healthy snacks throughout the day and grab a coffee or matcha from Sunny Sips before you head out (available for additional purchase)

- 8:30–9:15 a.m. – Sunrise yoga with Zoe
- 8:45–9:30 a.m. – Foundation Training – MVMovementstudio
- 9:30–10:15 a.m. – Sound bath with hOm Sound Baths
- 9:45–10:30 a.m. – Mat Pilates – Pilates by Ashtyn
- 10:30–11:15 a.m. – Hip–Hop Fitness – Swerve Dance and Fitness Complex
- 10:45–11:30 a.m. – Yoga – RawYoga614
- 11:30 a.m.–12:15 p.m. – Mat Pilates – Noble Method
- 11:45 a.m.–12:30 p.m. – Foundation Training – MVMovementstudio
- 12:30–1:15 p.m. – Yoga with Buckeye Paws – The Butcher Shop Fitness
- 12:45–1:30 p.m. – Mat Barre – Studio Glow Fitness
- 1:30–2:15 p.m. – Yoga Sculpt – Happy Babe Yoga
- 1:45–2:30 p.m. – Mat Pilates – Taylored Pilates
Cost
$10 per person includes one class, parking, snacks and access to wellness activities/vendors throughout the lobby.
FAQs
Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring your own exercise mat or towel and a water bottle.
A series of bodyweight exercises that strengthen your posterior chain, improve posture and reduce pain.
A guided experience using sound vibrations from instruments like gongs, singing bowls or chimes to promote relaxation and mindfulness.
Bring a mat or blanket to lie down on, wear comfortable clothing and be ready to relax in a calm environment.
