Detroit: THE Tailgate for TTUN
Join our annual tailgate to cheer on the Buckeyes!
Westminster Presbyterian Church
1500 Scio Church Rd.
Ann Arbor, MI 48103
Event description:
The Ohio State Alumni Club of Detroit is proud to announce we will be hosting our bi-annual tailgate on November 29. As in years past, we will be partnering with our event co-host Cletusfest, who are top-shelf tailgate hosts.
Our TTUN tailgate will be in the same location as the past three times we have visited Ann Arbor – Westminster Presbyterian Church. There are multiple advantages to hosting a tailgate here including:
- they block a reserved section for our vehicles - this section will be only Buckeyes!
- this is a safe area for Buckeyes to tailgate based on past experience
- they offer us access to the church if people need a warmup area
- we also have access to real bathrooms
- the tailgate spot is a 30-minute walk to the stadium
- includes food before the game and bottled water. Please BYOB if you would like additional beverages.
All proceeds from this event will be donated to the Detroit Alumni Scholars Fund, which provides scholarships to students from the metro Detroit area attending THE Ohio State University.
Cost:
- cost is $20/person
- please submit separate registrations for each person that plans to attend (friends and fans are welcome to attend)
- parking is $35/vehicle
