Event description

Get ready for a Buckeye game day — with a twist! Join fellow Ohio State alumni for a Pickleball and Mahjong mash-up, where you choose how to play. 

Whether you’re rallying on the pickleball court or strategizing over mahjong tiles, there’s a game for every style and skill level. Food will be available while networking, making it easy to relax, reconnect and meet new Buckeyes. 

No experience required — just bring your competitive (or casual!) spirit and enjoy a fun, welcoming evening of games, conversation and community.

Highlights

• pro pickleball instruction: 20–30 minute intro sessions with certified instructors
• all mahjong supplies provided: including American mahjong cards, tiles and playing mats
• grazing table: continuous food service throughout the event 
• paddles included: demo high-performance paddles available 
• pro shop open: equipment available for purchase
