Joni Burton is a career and leadership coach dedicated to helping individuals—from college students to senior executives—gain clarity, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward work that aligns with who they are and what they value. With experience supporting professionals across both for-profit and nonprofit environments, she guides clients through career transitions, leadership challenges, and personal growth with a blend of practical strategy and thoughtful insight.
