Your membership levels
All alumni are considered members of the association upon graduation and have access to the opportunities listed on this page.
This includes individuals who have earned associate's, bachelor's, graduate, professional, or honorary degrees from Ohio State, as well as medical resident graduates of the university.
Alumni who give any amount under $150 annually to support any area of Ohio State are recognized as alumni donors.
Alumni donors are offered early access to purchase football tickets.
Alumni who commit to a monthly gift of at least $10 or an annual gift of $150 or more are recognized as life donors.
Life donors receive the beautiful print edition of Ohio State Alumni Magazine and special communications from alumni association President and CEO Molly Ranz Calhoun. They are also offered early access to purchase football tickets.
Members like you are the engine of The Ohio State University Alumni Association. Whether you’re near campus or on the other side of the world, the alumni association helps all Buckeyes, from passionate to inquisitive, stay involved.
Important notes: Anyone who met the criteria for sustaining membership by the end of 2021 will continue to be recognized as a sustaining member through December 31, 2022. Some alumni and friends of Ohio State became Life Members of the association through a lifetime membership program that was discontinued in 2012. Life members will continue to be recognized. Get football tickets
All alumni are eligible to purchase Buckeye football tickets before they go on sale to the general public. Alumni donors and life donors are granted early access through the alumni football ticket process.
