Join thousands of alumni in being a part of Pelotonia and support innovative cancer research
Who We Are
Team Buckeye is Ohio State’s superpeloton.
Team Buckeye – Alumni & Friends (that's us!) is one of many pelotons that are affiliated with the university's superpeloton.
We are the alumni and friends of The Ohio State University working together to raise money for life-changing research to end cancer.
We represent the collective power of Buckeye Nation where there is no limit to all that we can accomplish together. We are participating in Pelotonia in honor of those impacted by cancer and to create a better future for all.
In 2026, Team Buckeye’s goal is to increase participation, be it as Riders/Hikers/Runners, Challengers or Volunteers. Every role matters, and Team Buckeye-Alumni & Friends is strongest when everyone feels part of the community. This year’s Pelotonia events include Opening Ceremony (July 31), Ride Weekend (August 1-2), Gravel Day with two new mountain biking routes and outdoor trails (October 3).
One hundred percent of every participant-raised dollar funds innovative cancer research and improvements in clinical care at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute (OSUCCC – James).
We will be honored to have your participation and support. Together we can change the world and end cancer!
