Julie Jones is a two-time graduate of Ohio State and has led large teams within matrix organizations, developed and promoted many of her leaders, and is now a consultant to others. Georgie Shockey is also a graduate of Ohio State and is the principal of a consulting firm she founded over 25 years ago serving a variety of clients all over the country.
