Todd Suddeth
Bio
Todd is passionate about partnering with people to facilitate their career advancement. He has over 20 years of experience in providing professional and career development support to students at The Ohio State University and people at different phases of the professional career. This started from the beginning of his career in INROADS, in which he provided the career and professional development of students seeking a career in private industry, providing career coaching and mentoring to students and colleagues at The Ohio State University. This focus on career advancement has also led Todd to completing a dissertation on the determinants that influence career decision-making.
Todd uses a combination of his research in career decision-making and strengths-based coaching (Certified Gallup Clifton Strengths Coach) to collaborate with his clients on building the capacity to facilitate their career advancement. In addition, Todd's extensive background in diversity, equity, and inclusion provides a level of awareness and strategies to address challenges that Buckeyes from diverse and marginalized backgrounds may encounter in their career Additionally, Todd can also provide coaching on cultural competency as it relates to career advancement.
