Mission, vision and impact
President's Club was founded in 1963 to cultivate a culture of philanthropic leadership for The Ohio State University by:
- establishing lifelong relationships with alumni, friends, parents, faculty, staff, and students
- encouraging active involvement in the life of the university
- eliciting significant financial support, each year, to aid in the realization of current and emerging academic priorities
The vision of the President's Club is to represent the largest source of philanthropic support and volunteer leadership required for The Ohio State University to be recognized among the world's truly great universities.
President's Club is a special circle of friends who share a common passion for and pride in Ohio State. They make a meaningful difference at the university by providing leadership support for academics, health sciences, and the arts at The Ohio State University.
Through their generous contributions, President's Club donors make a lasting impact in the lives of students, researchers, faculty, and staff every day. From providing much needed scholarships for students to creating funds for new ground-breaking global research initiatives, President's Club donors are opening a world of opportunities for Buckeyes to attain academic excellence and positively affect their communities and the world.
President's Club donors are actively helping to define Ohio State as the nation's leading public land-grant university.
