Cleveland: 1st Days of Service event

Event description

Join us for spring service days at Lake Humane Society in Mentor or Friendship APL in Elyria.

Volunteer shifts are also available on April 12 at Lake Humane Society.

Volunteers will help with essential spring-cleaning projects throughout the shelter. Weather permitting, activities will include both indoor tasks (wiping down cage doors and windows, sweeping under/behind cages) and outdoor work (cleaning play areas and more).

Please wear clothes and shoes you don't mind getting dirty and bring work gloves if you have them. All volunteers will receive small tokens of appreciation from our club!

Note: You do not have to be a club member to participate.

Registration

Please sign up online and indicate which shift/day you'd like to volunteer for.

• Shifts at Lake Humane Society are from 9 a.m.–1 p.m.
• Shifts at Friendship APL are from 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
