For a table at Bottled Blonde, you must have a reservation. Please submit your request by sending an email to Tanners@bottledblondeaz.com and include the following information:
1. Your full name, email address and phone number
2. The game you’d like to attend – please include the date and opponent
3. The number of people in your party
4. Any comments or specifics
