Membership
Thank you for your interest in the Scarlet & Gay LGBTQ Alumni Society at The Ohio State University. Scarlet & Gay has a rich membership history, supported by community faculty, staff, students and community members, and provides alumni the opportunity to network and make friends in the area.
Applying for Annual Membership or Renewal
Because we are committed to keeping all our LGBTQ alumni and friends connected, we encourage everyone to join! Becoming an annual member of Scarlet & Gay via one of the three ways outlined below.
Membership is achieved by making a gift to our Current Use Fund with The Ohio State University Foundation. The Scarlet & Gay Alumni Society current use fund is #317252. Memberships must be renewed on a yearly basis by December 31 each year. The Scarlet & Gay Alumni Society will provide you with a reminder each year to renew your participation and dues.
Your membership helps support the programs, activities and scholarships of our alumni society.
For definition, alumni are those former students of The Ohio State University, who have earned an associate, bachelor, graduate, professional or honorary degrees. Alumni also include medical resident graduates of the University.

Ways to Join
Yearly Alumni Donor recognition membership to OSUAA + Scarlet & Gay Alumni Society. This option is for alumni of Ohio State and is achieved with a gift of $25 or more to our support fund.
Any non-alumnus or non-student who wishes to be involved with and support the mission on the society.
This option is achieved with a gift of $25 or more to our support fund.
Yearly Life Donor recognition membership to OSUAA + Annual Member of Scarlet & Gay Alumni Society. This option is for alumni of Ohio State and is achieved with an annual gift of $150 or $10/monthly to our support fund.
Dual (2) membership(s) for couples who have both earned associate, bachelor, graduate, professional or honorary degrees from OSU. Alumni also include medical resident graduates of the University.
