The Young Buckeyes of Central Ohio Alumni Club represents young alumni from Franklin, Delaware, Fairfield, Licking, Madison, Pickaway and Union counties.
The scholarship is open to incoming freshman students from a county represented by the club who are in the top 10% of their high school graduating class and demonstrate involvement and leadership in their school and community.
