Page 1 Page 2 Page 3 Page 4 Page 5 Page 6 Page 7 Page 8 Page 9 Page 10 Page 11 Page 12 Page 13 Page 14 Page 15 Page 16 Page 17 Page 185 Waldorf Salad submitted by Shelley and Urban Meyer Ingredients 1/2 C nonfat plain Greek yogurt 1 Tbs light mayonnaise 1 Tbs white sugar 1 tsp lemon juice 1/8 tsp salt 3 apples, cored (I use mix of granny smith & honeycrisp) 1 C thinly sliced celery 1/2 C chopped walnuts or pecans 1 C mini marshmallows 1/2 C raisins (optional) Directions In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayo, sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Stir in the apples (I prefer to leave the skin on), celery, nuts, and raisins — then stir in marshmallows. Chill until ready to serve. Go Bucks!
