Key marketing resources for alumni group leaders (available only to Guest Account owners).
Guest Accounts:
Ohio State Guest Accounts provide designated alumni club and society leaders with access to tools and resources that support your group's operations, communications and engagement efforts, including:
Beginning January 1, all marketing requests will be submitted through Workfront. This streamlined process will help improve turnaround times and expand marketing support for alumni groups. Only guest account owners will be able to access this form.
Qualtrics: Create Ohio State-branded forms, surveys and registration pages to gather feedback, collect information and support alumni group activities. After the form is created, please connect with your REO to publish the form.
Microsoft Teams: Connect with fellow alumni group leaders through the Volunteer Teams channel, a shared space for exchanging resources, promoting events and sharing best practices. You can also create a dedicated Teams channel for your group to collaborate, store files and securely share content with volunteers and external partners.
Toolkits and OneDrive Access: Access alumni club and society toolkits, templates and other resources through the shared OneDrive folder for alumni groups. OneDrive can also be used to securely store, organize and share files with your group's leaders and volunteers.
*These are in the process of being updated and will be complete in 2027.
Adobe Express: Create and customize marketing materials using Ohio State-branded templates, logos and design assets available in the shared OneDrive folder. Use these resources to develop event promotions, social media graphics, flyers and more.
Adobe Creative Cloud: Access additional Adobe applications and creative tools to support your group's marketing, communications and design needs.
Generate content, brainstorm ideas and create communications to support your alumni group's goals, events and engagement efforts. Access Copilot at Microsoft Copilot.
Important notes:
- Guest accounts are provided to 1-2 board members per alumni group. If your group needs to set up a guest account to access the tools above, please contact your REO.
- If you have questions on how to best use the resources provided above, please contact Kelly Greene.
- All guest account owners must have completed the required training video for alumni group leaders and submit the verification form upon completion.
- If you forgot your guest account password, go to my.osu.edu and click the “Forgot your password?” link on the left side of the page. For additional assistance, please visit https://it.osu.edu/help or contact the IT Service Desk by calling 614-688-4357 (HELP).

The Workfront request form will only be accessible to your alumni club or society's designated Guest Account owner. To submit a marketing request, please work with your Guest Account owner. Workfront training materials and resources will be posted here in the coming months.
