Approved vendors for alumni groups to use

Vendors and custom logos

Legends Global is the primary vendor for Ohio State branded merchandise. To request merchandise or host a pop-up shop, please contact osumerchandising@legendsglobal.com with the desired request and launch timeline and note the following:
Select products from the Legends Global catalogs. You can view online design examples provided by Legends Global. Additional designs may be permitted but must follow brand guidelines and be approved by Trademark and Licensing.
Legends Global has access to associated Alumni Club and Society logos, so no additional artwork needs provided.
Trademark and Licensing will provide final approval on all final selections.
If a pop-up shop is selected, the stores are built within 3 business days and each store is live for 7-10 business days. Orders ship 4 weeks after store closure (seasonal variances may apply).
For shipping, choose the preferred delivery method. Bulk shipping to one address for distribution or direct shipping to individual homes.

All Alumni Club and Society logos are housed within the individual toolkit folders (accessible by alumni club or society guest account owners).
In addition, there is a generic template folder which holds multiple different assets alumni groups can use to support marketing efforts.

If an alumni club or society would like to create a custom design, please follow the guidelines below:
- All designs must be anchored by the group’s primary logo (provided in the toolkit).
- The primary logo may not be altered or modified in any way.
- Additional creative elements may be added around the logo, as long as they do not crowd it, remain appropriate, and do not change the logo itself.
- All custom logos must be submitted to Trademark and Licensing for review at TMlicensing@osu.edu.
